Sales Development Representative Intern (part-time)


We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is looking for real world experience in sales. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern based in MIAMI, FL will gain valuable experience on how to prospect potential buyers, buying committees within corporate structures, sales cycles and be immersed in the exciting world of Data, AdTech and Marketing Technology.

As an SDR, you will be able to identify and contact potential buyers that fall within Roqad's ideal customer profile. You will leverage your social, email, and verbal communications to engage these executives and set-up meetings for the sales team to present Roqad's solutions to. We will offer you 1:1 training and mentorship to help you hone these skills and develop them for a future role in sales.

Scope of responsibility:

Mine and gather North American market ICP (ideal customer profile) data and populate within CRM (Salesforce) per assignments from sales leadership

Generate interest and nurture warm leads to deliver to the US sales team

- Leverage social selling, email, calling and other outreach tactics

- Represent the company accurately and in the professional manner befitting enterprise sales processes

- Identify best practices to refine the company’s outbound lead generation approach

- Support sales team logics: schedule calls, meetings and trips, update CRM objects, send emails, make calls, etc.

Required skills: 

- Attention to detail and determined work ethic

- Flawless project management in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills and persuasive, yet professional, style

- An interest in sales and business development in the advertising technology space is a plus

- Aptitude to learn new technology solutions, if unfamiliar - ie: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other SaaS platforms that support outbound business development
